Job summary

Chemical Abstracts Service is seeking an Enterprise Compute Platform Engineer for our Columbus, Ohio headquarters. This hybrid position focuses on architecting and improving an enterprise compute platform while leading modernization efforts and enhancing operational efficiency using AI/ML capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in Windows Server and VMware environments, along with a Bachelor's degree. Strong skills in cloud infrastructure and scripting are also required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve a secure enterprise compute platform.
• Drive adoption of AIOps capabilities for operational improvements.
• Serve as Tier 2/3 escalation point for incident resolution.
• Contribute technical expertise to AWS/Azure projects.
