Job summary

Experis in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to join the Architecture Department and support project teams in delivering enterprise architecture initiatives.

You will collaborate with the Chief Architect to plan, design, and implement cloud and data platform standards, while aligning architecture strategies across affiliates and the CTO function. The role emphasizes modernization using Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform and advancing responsible AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, data platforms, and AI/agentic platforms.
• Experience operating Architecture Centers of Excellence or cross-organizational architecture forums.
• Strong written communication skills with a portfolio of reference architectures and technical guidance documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute enterprise architecture initiatives with the Chief Architect and architecture team.
• Develop and maintain PGIM-specific reference architectures, design patterns, and standards for cloud and data platforms.
• Support architecture strategy alignment between affiliates and the central CTO Enterprise Architecture function.
• Design and support application modernization efforts leveraging Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform technologies.
• Shape enterprise guidance on responsible AI adoption and reusable AI components.
