Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to support corporate communications, guide culture, and drive initiatives with leadership. This role emphasizes intranet growth, content creation, and cross‑functional collaboration across HR and business units.

The position offers hybrid eligibility and opportunities to influence company-wide communications, newsletters, and employee engagement initiatives with a focus on data-driven storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Support the achievement of corporate and internal communications goals, including the expansion and maximization of the company intranet.
• Assist with the management of the company intranet, including content curation, troubleshooting and training site managers and associates.
• Help drive the growth of the company intranet by assisting with planning and buildout.
• Assist with company intranet data management, including mining, analysis and developing reports and recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Research and develop stories for internal communications channels, such as intranet and newsletters.
• Aid with increasing intranet and newsletter readership by content gathering, calendar management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with business units to guide and assist intranet pages and communications requests.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
