Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of corporate and internal communications goals, including the expansion and maximization of the company intranet.
• Assist with the management of the company intranet, including content curation, troubleshooting and training site managers and associates.
• Help drive the growth of the company intranet by assisting with planning and buildout.
• Assist with company intranet data management, including mining, analysis and developing reports and recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Research and develop stories for internal communications channels, such as intranet and newsletters.
• Aid with increasing intranet and newsletter readership by content gathering, calendar management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with business units to guide and assist intranet pages and communications requests.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
