Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to support corporate communications, company culture and annual communication goals. The role focuses on expanding and maximizing the intranet, content curation, troubleshooting and training site managers, and driving intranet growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or marketing preferred.
• 2–4 years relevant communications/marketing experience.
• Experience building and maintaining a company intranet preferred.
• Experience with intranet software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and internal communications goals, including expanding and maximizing the intranet.
• Assist with intranet management: content curation, troubleshooting and training site managers.
• Help drive intranet growth through planning and buildout.
• Assist with intranet data management: mining, analysis and reporting for stakeholders.
• Research and develop stories for internal channels such as intranet and newsletters.
• Help increase intranet and newsletter readership via content gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with business units to guide intranet pages and communications requests.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
