Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to support corporate communications and cultivate an inclusive, associate-centric culture. You will help manage the company intranet, curate content, analyze data, and develop stories for newsletters and internal channels.

The role requires strong writing, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while collaborating with HR and other leaders to advance our guiding principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or marketing preferred.
• 2–4 years of communications/marketing experience.
• Experience building and maintaining a company intranet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate and internal communications goals and intranet initiatives.
• Assist with intranet content curation, troubleshooting and training site managers.
• Help drive intranet growth through planning and buildout and data management.
