Job summary

MMD Services Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud Architect to set the technical direction for a multi-site AWS-based environment. You will own design, provisioning, and operation, and you’ll be hands-on when needed.

In this hybrid role, you will shape standards for compute, networking, storage, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and security across thousands of endpoints and dozens of internal stakeholders. Direct hire with strong impact expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud architecture.
• Enterprise architecture experience with many locations and large user base.
• Hands-on AWS architecture and operations; Azure exposure welcome but AWS depth required.

Responsibilities

• Own the AWS architecture across compute, networking, storage, and container platforms.
• Build repeatable, version-controlled infrastructure with Terraform.
• Design and operate production Kubernetes clusters and networking.
• Build and secure CI/CD pipelines for infra and apps.
• Lead network planning and security tradeoffs with leadership.
• Standardize identity and implement observability and modern VDI strategies.
• Communicate recommendations to executives and engineering teams.
• Tackle cross-cutting infra problems spanning networking, identity, and deployment.
