Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies align with approved workflows, patient safety requirements, regulatory obligations and operational needs.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI and Epic technology assessments across platforms, including ambient documentation tools such as Abridge.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among clinical leaders, Quality & Safety, Privacy, Compliance, Legal, and Epic analysts to align policy, audit, and technology execution.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions; support change management and adoption within Epic workflows.
