Wiley is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Client Success to drive team effectiveness for Large and Enterprise accounts, delivering high-touch support and strategic account management.

You will monitor account health, lead quarterly business reviews, identify growth opportunities with Sales, mentor teammates, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing adoption while providing expert guidance and reliable backup coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles.
• Strong ability to work independently while aligning with team goals.
• Proactive, goal-oriented approach to client retention and growth.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for large/enterprise accounts, driving value and satisfaction for retention and growth.
• Onboard new clients with account setup and hands-on guidance to ensure activation.
• Lead quarterly reviews with clients and gather feedback for product and service improvements.
• Identify client account upsell opportunities in collaboration with Account Manager.
• Monitor account health dashboards to address issues proactively.
• Provide mentorship and act as a knowledge source for the team.
