Job summary

Charter Communications, operating as RapidScale, seeks a Principal Client Partner to manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and upper mid-market clients. You will drive revenue, retention, and long-term customer success, owning the account strategy and coordinating across engineering, delivery, and internal teams.

You will partner with executives and senior stakeholders to align RapidScale's managed and advisory services with client priorities, pursuing expansion and retention opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with budget responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and upper mid-market clients.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion across managed services and professional services.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to client objectives and outcomes.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in cloud, security, and modernization.
• Manage opportunities from qualification through close and coordinate cross-functional teams.
