OMD is seeking a senior Client Business Lead to guide one of the agency’s largest and longest‑standing client relationships, a multi‑million dollar paid media portfolio, and a 140‑person team. Competenze

• Significant senior leadership experience in an agency or marketing services business, ideally with complex, multibusiness financial services clients (15+ years preferred).
• Proven success advising senior marketing executives, including CMOs, and leading strategic client relationships through change.
• Strong grasp of financial services marketing, customer journeys, and privacy/compliance considerations for marketing delivery.
• Proven ability to lead integrated teams and influence peers across agencies, disciplines and reporting lines.
• Experience redesigning operating models and leading adoption of data, technology, measurement and AI-enabled capabilities with improvements in effectiveness or efficiency.
• Strong commercial judgment, including scope, P&L, resourcing and organic growth.
• Clear communication, sound judgment under pressure, and a track record of building inclusive, high-performing teams.

• Serve as the senior day-to-day business partner and trusted advisor to clients’ CMOs and marketing leaders across ten lines of business.
• Build durable relationships with senior stakeholders and offer candid, constructive counsel grounded in clients’ business and regulatory context.
• Set a clear client strategy and annual priorities, translating them into integrated plans with accountable owners and measurable outcomes.
• Lead strategy across brand, performance, customer acquisition, engagement and retention, integrating media, creative, data, analytics, commerce and tech.
• Advance transformation by aligning stakeholders around new capabilities, data usage, and practical adoption roadmaps.
• Transform the agency operating model to improve clarity of decision rights, governance, talent deployment and execution quality across the ten lines of business.
