Qualifikationen

• Significant senior leadership experience in a media or marketing services business.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-line client relationships with financial services clients.
• Strong understanding of data, privacy, and regulatory considerations in marketing.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the senior day-to-day business partner to clients' CMOs and marketing leaders across its 10 lines of business; understand their mandates and priorities while connecting opportunities across the enterprise.
• Set a clear client strategy and annual priorities for the partnership, translating those priorities into integrated plans, accountable owners, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead strategy across brand, performance, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, coordinating media, creative, data, analytics, commerce, and tech capabilities.
• Advance transformation by aligning data and technology, improving ways of working, and delivering a practical roadmap for adoption and impact.
• Own the commercial health of the relationship, including scope, staffing, financial performance, and organic growth.
