Job summary

Peregrine Technologies seeks a Major Client Advocate to own all relationships for its largest deployments, translating technical delivery into sustained adoption and measurable outcomes at the executive level. The position is remote in New York, NY or Philadelphia, PA with weekly onsite visits and travel across the region.

You will bridge customers and engineers to maximize value and renewals while shaping expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning enterprise deployments, implementations, or strategic accounts.
• Experience in large, regulated, public-sector, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and measurable outcomes beyond initial go-live.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel ~60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership of complex customer relationships for major deployments.
• Translate technical delivery into sustained adoption, expansion, and long-term value.
• Serve as primary partner to senior agency leaders, coordinating with internal teams.
• Travel regionally with weekly onsite visits across NY/PA region.
