Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years’ proven project management experience, or equivalent with 8 years of education/work experience including 4 years PM experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience translating complex information into executive updates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder roles.
• Clarify priorities and organize workstreams to address ambiguous business problems and establish a practical path forward.
• Analyze data and business context to identify trends, risks, gaps, and actionable insights for decision-making.
• Create executive-ready materials including presentations, briefings, status updates, options, and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, manage expectations, and drive initiatives forward.
• Monitor project performance and execution risks including scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, issues, and corrective actions.
