Job summary

eMed LLC is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Strategist to join our Enterprise Strategy and Deal Desk team in Miami, focused on structuring complex enterprise opportunities with self-funded employers.

You will partner with Sales and Partnerships to translate clinical and pharmacy capabilities into compelling commercial value, develop business cases, and guide the proposal process from strategy to implementation.

Qualifications

6–15 years of relevant professional experience in benefits/healthcare consulting, or related fields.
Experience with self-funded employer health plans and PBM/provider structures.
Strong financial modeling and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop complex enterprise proposals for self-funded employers, brokers, and partners.
Translate client needs into customized value propositions and business cases.
Lead financial analyses, ROI and cost-of-care assessments to support proposals.
Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and deal desks to structure pricing and commitments.
Build scalable proposal content, templates, and governance for the deal desk.
