Qualifications

• 6–15 years of experience in employee benefits brokerage, consulting, or related field.
• Deep experience with complex RFPs, RFIs, and formal procurements.
• Strong written communication and strategic writing abilities.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with self-funded employer health plans and pharmacy benefits.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into compelling responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end responses to complex RFPs and RFIs, coordinating multiple SMEs.
• Develop overall response strategy and translate requirements into workstreams and deliverables.
• Ensure responses tell a cohesive story of eMed's clinical model, economics, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain content libraries, governance, and workflow for RFPs.
• Prepare executives for finalist meetings and support strategic discussions.
• Collaborate across Sales, Partnerships, Clinical, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
