Job summary

Level 3 Audiovisual is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead technical strategy for large enterprise AV accounts. You will guide architecture standards, roadmaps, and governance while mentoring the revenue team and ensuring alignment with customer objectives.

The role requires a deep technical background in AV, proven leadership, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. CTS-D, CQD, CQT in first year are mandatory expectations for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise AV experience.
• CTS-D, CQD, CQT certifications within first year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for enterprise customers and set AV standards.
• Mentor Solution Architects and revenue team members.
• Develop, maintain, and govern AV standards, docs, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate POCs and evaluate emerging AV technologies.
• Lead technical QBRs and manage escalations.
