Job summary

Pb Consulting is seeking an Audio-Visual & Collaboration Engineer to design, deploy, and manage advanced meeting spaces and situation rooms. You will own the end‑to‑end conference room ecosystem, integrating Poly and Microsoft Surface Hub systems and coordinating ITIL‑based service delivery.

You will lead deployments, support UC platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms), manage vendors, and ensure security and enterprise standards are met. CTS certification is required.

Qualifications

• CTS certification required.
• Experience with enterprise AV hardware (Poly/Polycom) and Surface Hub.
• Hands-on experience with Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
• ITIL principles and ServiceNow experience.
• Experience leading conference room deployments and AV rollouts.
• Strong vendor management and procurement experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced AV solutions for conference rooms and suites.
• Administer UC platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Lead conference room deployment projects from planning to rollout.
• Manage AV vendors, procurement, and escalations.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for AV/UC incidents using ServiceNow.
• Configure and support Poly/Polycom and Surface Hub devices.
• Serve as primary contact for AV and collaboration technologies with IT and executives.
• Ensure AV environments meet enterprise standards and security requirements.
