Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Senior AV Engineer to define and deliver the technical vision for our workplace audiovisual environment across large spaces, conference rooms, and office displays. You will own AV design, standardization, operation, and maintenance to scale with our growth.

You will build reliable systems, establish technology standards, and create an operating model that makes AV easy to use, monitor, and support for both in-person and remote participants.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience engineering and supporting enterprise AV environments.
• Hands-on expertise with leading AV platforms and large spaces.
• Strong knowledge of DSP, routing, control logic and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and standards for enterprise AV across spaces.
• Own setup and readiness for all-hands events, meetings, and remote participation.
• Engineer, maintain, and improve audio, video, streaming, and room controls.
• Develop procedures, checklists, and handoff documentation for operations.
