Job summary

Versant Media, LLC is seeking an A/V Engineer to architect and support large-scale enterprise audio/visual and workplace technology. You will design conference rooms, signage, and collaboration spaces while codifying standards for global deployment.

You will collaborate with Workplace Engineering, Network, Facilities, and Cyber Security to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient systems across 20+ locations, including the new HQ.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and supporting enterprise A/V and workplace technology environments at scale.
• Deep hands‑on expertise with conference rooms and telepresence systems, including Zoom Rooms and Zoom-integrated A/V solutions.
• Strong experience evaluating, selecting, and standardizing A/V hardware and control systems.
• Experience designing digital signage and wayfinding systems for lobbies and campuses.
• Solid understanding of network architecture as it relates to A/V and signage.
• Proven ability to define repeatable room and workplace standards and deploy them globally.
• Advanced troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network layers.
• Security, compliance, and change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design of conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and executive environments.
• Own engineering standards for digital signage, wayfinding, and seating displays.
• Define scalable patterns that integrate A/V, collaboration platforms, and workplace experiences.
• Collaborate with UComm, Network Eng, Facilities and Cyber Security to ensure secure, resilient systems.
