Job summary

Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an Asset Specialist to own the enterprise-wide asset management program, optimize CMMS data, and implement standardized workflows for improved asset reliability and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate with Reliability Engineers, Site Operations, and Procurement to align asset strategies with business goals, lead data quality initiatives, and support CMMS migration and user training in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise asset management or maintenance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide asset management strategy.
• Update and maintain an inventory of all physical assets in the EAM/CMMS system.
• Use data analytics and metrics to drive decision making and optimize asset performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance system usability.
• Provide training and support for asset management processes and CMMS usage.
