Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong background in Asset Management.

This role involves gathering business requirements, configuring Dynamics 365 modules, and supporting the implementation of asset lifecycle and financial tracking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to asset management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules, especially Finance & Operations and Asset Management.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements.
• Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
• Work with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in business analysis.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Asset Management or Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, depreciation, and maintenance scheduling.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant.
• Experience in industries such as utilities, manufacturing, or real estate.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
