We are seeking an experienced SAP Asset Management Business Analyst to support the implementation, adoption, and optimization of enterprise asset management processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment. This role serves as a key bridge between business operations and technology teams, ensuring users are prepared, trained, and supported throughout system implementation and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business readiness initiatives associated with enterprise asset management system implementations and enhancements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for end users requiring assistance with asset management processes and system functionality.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process gaps, user feedback, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop training materials, user guides, process documentation, presentations, and knowledge-transfer resources.
• Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and hands-on learning sessions for operations, maintenance, and planning teams.
• Drive user adoption by providing coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day support to business users.
• Support system deployment activities including go-live preparation, stabilization, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to investigate, elevate, and resolve system-related issues.
• Assist with data validation, master data review, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote standardized business processes and best practices to improve operational consistency and efficiency.
• Support asset management workflows including maintenance planning, work management, scheduling, inventory control, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Facilitate change management initiatives and help stakeholders adapt to new processes and technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Manufacturing Operations
• Maintenance Planning
• Reliability Engineering
• Maintenance Supervision
• Hands-on experience utilizing enterprise asset management or maintenance management systems within industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of maintenance work management processes and operational best practices.
• Experience supporting maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and asset reliability programs.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and materials management processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and supporting system implementations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with frontline personnel, supervisors, planners, engineers, and leadership teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Background in organizational change management, business readiness, and user adoption programs.
• Experience in heavy industrial, energy, mining, chemical processing, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Previous experience in roles such as:
