Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Architect to manage design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with senior leadership to define roadmaps and lead a team of infrastructure architects, providing mentoring and driving innovation.

Responsibilities include evaluating technologies, ensuring performance, security, and compliance while managing risk and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role in infrastructure architecture or related roles.
• Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
• Previous experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop infrastructure strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead a team of infrastructure architects, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Evaluate and recommend infrastructure technologies, platforms, and services.
• Oversee performance, reliability, and security of infrastructure components.
• Assess and manage risks and ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and best practices.
• Foster vendor relationships to negotiate contracts and ensure quality service.
