Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required or equivalent
• Typically 10+ years of relevant work experience in infrastructure architecture or related roles with at least 4 years in a similar position
• Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities
• Experience leading infrastructure initiatives across complex environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to staying current with industry trends and technologies

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize infrastructure solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop infrastructure strategies and roadmaps
• Lead a team of infrastructure architects and mentor staff
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and services for efficiency and cost savings
• Oversee performance, reliability, and security of infrastructure components
• Assess risks and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and best practices
