Job summary

DXC Technology Company seeks a senior enterprise architect to lead the development and execution of architecture strategies aligned with business goals. You will design and implement architecture solutions for projects and initiatives, and collaborate with architects and project teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.

You will ensure solutions meet business requirements, help define standards, mentor junior staff, participate in architecture reviews, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role in enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Proven experience in project management or team leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Effective communication and team leadership skills.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Job description

Essential Job Functions

• Assist in developing and executing enterprise architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead the design and implementation of architecture solutions for specific projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure the alignment of architecture solutions with business requirements and objectives.
• Assist in defining and maintaining architectural standards and guidelines.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of architectural decisions on project outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects and junior staff.
• Participate in architecture reviews and assessments of ongoing projects.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of experience in enterprise architecture or related roles
• Proven experience in project management or team leadership
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills

• Advanced degrees in a relevant field a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $137,900 - $256,100.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
