Uniper SE invites a senior Enterprise Architect to shape and drive the company’s technology strategy across a global footprint. You will lead architecture initiatives for major investments, develop standards and governance, and assure alignment with business goals and risk controls.

You will influence vendors and technology choices, bridging business needs with IT solutions while guiding change across large, international programmes.

Competenze

• Significant experience in enterprise architecture within large, international organisations.
• TOGAF certification or working towards certification.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.

Mansioni

• Define and evolve Uniper's enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
• Lead architecture activities for strategic programmes and major investments (€1m-€10m+).
• Develop architecture roadmaps, standards and strategic recommendations for executive review and governance approval.
• Provide architecture assurance across change portfolios, ensuring alignment with business strategy, technology standards and target architectures.
• Influence technology, sourcing and vendor decisions to minimise risk and maximise value.
• Establish and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles and governance processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders on strategic technology decisions.
• Drive simplification, standardisation and long-term technology transformation across the enterprise.
