Job summary

Capio Group is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to deliver strategic EA services and governance for large-scale client projects. You will shape architecture roadmaps, guidance, and standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes alignment with business strategy, IT governance, and MITA compliance within a remote, full-time arrangement. A strong background in enterprise architecture and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

Seven+ years of full-time Enterprise Architecture experience in the last decade, with leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field; substitutions allowed with relevant experience.
Experience communicating technologies requiring governance approvals and their enterprise impact.

Responsibilities

Provide EA services aligned with business strategy to support enterprise objectives.
Develop roadmaps, governance processes, and architectural artifacts for projects.
Collaborate with product discovery and stakeholders to identify architectural needs.
Ensure integration of new and existing products within enterprise architecture and standards.
Adhere to Agile methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and governance approvals.
