Job summary

Uniper SE invites a senior Enterprise Architect to shape and drive the company’s technology strategy across a global footprint. You will lead architecture initiatives for major investments, develop standards and governance, and assure alignment with business goals and risk controls.

You will influence vendors and technology choices, bridging business needs with IT solutions while guiding change across large, international programmes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise architecture within large, international organisations.
• TOGAF certification or working towards certification.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Uniper's enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
• Lead architecture activities for strategic programmes and major investments (€1m-€10m+).
• Develop architecture roadmaps, standards and strategic recommendations for executive review and governance approval.

• Expert knowledge in one or more technology domains with the ability to bridge business and technology
• Significant experience in enterprise architecture within large, international organisations
• TOGAF certified (or equivalent) or working towards certification
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven track record delivering business and technology transformation initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior and executive levels
• Experience managing strategic suppliers and outsourced service providers
• Strong understanding of business strategy and its translation into technology roadmaps
• Demonstrated ability to lead change in complex organisational environments
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
