Job summary

enGen is seeking an Enterprise Architect to design, develop, implement, and optimize architecture strategy to meet business capabilities and needs. The architect ensures completeness and integrity by aligning stakeholder concerns and reconciling trade-offs to enable informed decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in IT or related field and 3 years in IT, with a Master’s preferred. Proficiency across IMS/DB2/Oracle, Teradata, COBOL/Visual Basic, Java/JavaScript, PEGA, SQL, Hadoop, and related

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or closely related field is required.
3 years of experience in an IT discipline is required.
Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing business processes and organizational structures.
Specify and design large or complex systems, solutions, networks, or processes; select design standards and tools.
Identify, initiate, and lead significant improvement programs to achieve measurable business benefits.
Resolve a variety of architecture and business problems and communicate with all levels of the organization.
Lead customer walkthroughs, design reviews, and problem resolution activities.
Interact with multiple departments to interpret complex requirements for peers and staff.
Provide leadership in area of expertise and coach others as needed.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical aspects and apply them to business needs.
Other duties as assigned.
