The role emphasizes best-practice adoption, emerging technology exploration, and mentorship to a team of architects while engaging with senior stakeholders to influence decisions.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Architecture, design, and implementation of complex systems.
• Experience with architecture frameworks and software development practices.
• Familiarity with a broad set of technologies including IMS, DB2, Oracle, Teradata and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and articulation of complex architecture vision and strategy, aligning with business goals and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and ensure alignment on complex architectures.
• Lead evaluation and selection of new technologies, developing and maintaining architectural documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful implementation and operation of complex architectures.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to teams, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Other duties as assigned.
