Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and DoD space familiarity.
• Bachelor-level IT Architecture background or equivalent with 10+ years in enterprise IT engineering/operations.
• IAT-III compliant certifications and multiple vendor certifications are preferred.
• Experience delivering secure, classified IT infrastructures and VDI/virtualization environments.
• Strong knowledge of Zero-trust, MFA, AD/ADFS, certificates, auditing, and logging.
• Ability to lead architecture projects from design through sustainment in a distributed, mission-focused setting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration across teams, and customer-facing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Engineering Team to scope, plan, prioritize, resource, and document projects.
• Oversee transition from design/implementation to operation and sustainment.
• Design and deliver enterprise IT services and architectures; produce solution diagrams and timelines.
• Evaluate strategy, applications, and infrastructure for modernization and automation.
• Coordinate enterprise architecture landscape including security and data integration.
• Ensure compliance for government equipment custody and asset management.
• Support special IT projects and provide SME guidance as needed.
• Act as Operations in-charge when senior managers are unavailable.
