Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Senior Network Administrator for its team at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam in Honolulu, HI. You will secure and sustain network operations to support mission-critical communications for 5,000+ users across the Pacific theater.

Role involves DoD-compliant network management, 24/7 operational support, and collaboration with the Network Operations team to install and configure equipment for new projects under strict SOPs and procedures.

Qualifications

• Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• DoD 8570 IAT-II compliant certifications (CCNA, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) are required or in-progress.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Networking or related field with 4 years of related experience or 8+ years of network administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, ASAs; manage Taclane encryption devices and Cisco VoIP systems.
• Troubleshoot eBGP routing within a Palo Alto environment and ensure CSfC/Taclane encryption compliance.
• Maintain VDI environments and CUCM/VTC systems to ensure reliable communications.
• Serve as incident escalation point and liaise with Cross-Domain Solutions teams for secure information sharing.
