Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to steer technology strategy within the MMA Enterprise Architecture team. You will enable business and IT leaders to balance current needs with long-term strategy, delivering roadmaps and standards across capability domains.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate insurance business requirements into actionable roadmaps, mentor colleagues, and support platform modernization while aligning IT with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Experience building enterprise technical solutions and strategies.
• Leadership in managing cross-functional teams or projects.
• Proven experience as a domain/enterprise architect in large insurance/brokerage settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology guidance, roadmaps, principles, and standards across capability domains.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with business strategy.
• Mentor technology colleagues and translate IT concepts for business stakeholders.
• Develop implementation proposals for new applications and services.
• Partner with sponsors to understand requirements in complex servicing environments.
