Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to enable business and IT leaders to make investment decisions that balance current needs with the long‑term vision, delivering architecture roadmaps, standards and best practices across capability domains.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor colleagues, and translate complex insurance operating model requirements into actionable architectural roadmaps that drive transformation and scalable platform modernization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Enterprise Architecture experience
• Experience building enterprise technical solutions and strategies
• Leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams or projects
• Domain/enterprise architecture experience in insurance or brokerage organizations

Responsabilités

• Become SME for one or more business capability domains and understand process dependencies
• Define IT architecture within your domains to support corporate strategy
• Provide technical guidance and feedback on proposals and initiatives
• Develop implementation proposals for new applications and services
• Partner with sponsors to understand solution requirements in complex servicing environments
