Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the transformation of CIAM, Fraud, and AML architectures across the organization. You will balance agility, security, and maintainability, serving as the enterprise SME and guiding strategy with senior leadership.

You will shape architecture models, oversee frameworks, collaborate with cloud teams (AWS/Azure), and evangelize best practices. This role focuses on scalable, compliant technology solutions and transformational change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum of 12 years in enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of architecture frameworks and best practices.
• Proficient in modeling tools for system and application architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Guide CIAM, Fraud, and AML architecture transformation across the enterprise.
• Serve as enterprise SME for CIAM, Fraud, and AML technology domains.
• Develop and evolve architectural models identifying dependencies across complex systems.
• Evaluate alternatives based on cost, value, scalability, and risk.
• Establish enterprise-wide technology governance, standards, and policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape security and technology strategy.
• Oversee architecture framework implementations for reliable, scalable solutions.
• Optimize architecture to improve performance and future-readiness.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to architecture teams.
• Monitor architecture effectiveness and alignment with goals.
• Build partnerships with key subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Drive alignment through clear communication and collaborative problem-solving.
• Foster innovation with automated pipelines and IaC/Governance integration.
