Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to define and maintain architecture and technology plans across CIAM, Fraud, and AML domains. You will set strategy, partner with architects, and drive modernization, automation, and governance to enable business goals.

You will work with cross-functional teams to craft scalable, secure solutions, evangelize CIAM, Fraud, and AML capabilities, and mentor architecture teams while aligning with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise architecture or related technology design roles.
• Expert-level knowledge of architecture frameworks, principles, and best practices.
• Proficient in advanced modeling tools and techniques for system and application architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management related to technology architecture.

Responsibilities

• Guides the transformation of CIAM, Fraud Services, and AML ecosystems’ architecture for the enterprise.
• Serves as the enterprise subject matter expert CIAM, Fraud, and AML technology domains.
• Leads the development and continuous evolution of comprehensive architectural models identifying dependencies and integration points.
• Evaluates architectural alternatives based on cost, value, scalability, and risk to recommend innovative solutions.
• Establishes and enforces enterprise-wide technology governance, standards, and policies.
• Collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape security and technology strategy.
• Oversees the implementation and refinement of architecture frameworks to enable reliable, scalable, secure solutions.
• Optimizes existing architecture to enhance system performance and future readiness.
• Applies expert-level technical knowledge to design and deliver complex enterprise-wide cyber, fraud, and technology solutions.
• Provides thought leadership and mentorship to architecture teams and technical contributors within CIAM, Fraud, and AML.
• Monitors and reports on architecture effectiveness, compliance and alignment with goals.
• Cultivates trusted partnerships with key Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to align architecture solutions.
