Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience in cybersecurity, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in security engineering or related cybersecurity roles.
• Advanced cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, security testing, and penetration testing.
• Experience with information security technologies, configuration management, and operational handoff.
• Advanced management and leadership knowledge to manage multiple teams and drive operational security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identifies high-value automation, AI augmentation, and data opportunities across IAM operations and engineering delivery.
• Leads a small engineering and automation function to design, deploy, and sustain repeatable solutions.
• Develops pilots and scalable plans for AI-enabled workflow automation and analytics.
• Partners with IAM teams and stakeholders to translate problems into secure technical solutions.
• Builds data pipelines, dashboards, metrics, and insights to improve visibility and control.
