Job summary

Allstate is seeking a senior data architecture leader to guide enterprise data strategy, modernize data platforms, and advance analytics and AI capabilities. You will drive data lake/lakehouse architecture, partner with business and tech teams, and influence executives on architecture direction.

You will lead cloud-native data platform initiatives, shape data models and ingestion patterns, and ensure secure, scalable implementations across large-scale environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10–15 years of experience in data/IT disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with analytics tools and BI (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills; CI/CD familiarity.

• Define and socialize data analytic practices across Allstate.
• Lead cloud and data modernization initiatives with strong business influence.
