Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Data Solutions Architect to lead enterprise data strategy, ontology, and AI platform architecture. You will define reference architectures for Foundry/AIP, establish integration with policy, billing, and claims, and set guardrails for ethical AI and governance.

You will drive data architecture target state, data mesh patterns, and platform interoperability across Snowflake, Palantir, and AWS while mentoring architects and partnering with business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, or related roles, with 5+ years in enterprise/domain architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise Data, Cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• Deep expertise in conceptual/logical/semantic data models, ontology, data mesh, and domain-driven design.
• Strong architecture experience with AWS, cloud-native patterns, event-driven and API-based integration.

Responsibilities

• Define the data architecture target state and roadmap, including data models and data products.
• Set standards for data integration, API and event-driven patterns across Snowflake, Kafka, Palantir, and AWS services.
• Establish governance, lineage, metadata, privacy, and security requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead architecture reviews for data and AI initiatives; develop executive narratives linking data/AI investments to outcomes.
