Job summary

Allstate is seeking a senior data architecture leader to define and socialize data analytic practices across the enterprise. You will guide ingestion, integration, data visualization, and AI-enabled analytics, with a focus on large-scale data lake implementations and lake house modernization.

Collaborate with senior leaders and engineers to prototype value-driving solutions in a cloud-first environment. You will influence architecture strategy, mentor teams, and drive architecture initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10–15 years in data/architecture roles including cloud and big data.
• Hands-on with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive evolution of scalable, secure data platform architecture.
• Design modern data lake and lake house architectures with partners.
• Lead data ingestion, ETL/ELT, and integration patterns.
• Oversee deployment of long-term data products and analytics services.
• Prototype cloud-native microservices for data platforms and DevOps.
