Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect to work remote across the United States (with Hawaii/Alaska exceptions). You will partner with CTO office and domain teams to define and deliver the enterprise technology vision, driving cloud adoption, APIs, and secure, scalable architectures.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and program leaders to shape roadmaps, evaluate industry trends, and advise executives on strategic technology decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience building scalable, multi-tier cloud-native architectures.
• Experience designing APIs and integrations with external systems; cloud provider experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and messaging patterns.
• Proficiency with front-end UI frameworks (ReactJS) is a plus.
• Security-focused design practices and risk-aware decision making.
• 15+ years in systems development across multiple business domains.
• 5+ years in a specific domain for design, development and deployment.
• Experience in CRM, marketing, insurance/claims, or financial systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interface with teams.
