Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team. This role designs, governs, and continuously improves the firm’s enterprise application architecture in alignment with our Microsoft-centric, cloud-first IT strategy.

The Senior Enterprise Architect will help define architecture standards, roadmaps, governance models, and reusable patterns that connect business capabilities with scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 6 years of related experience in enterprise or technology architecture.
• Proficient in TOGAF or similar frameworks and practical application.
• Deep Microsoft ecosystem knowledge including Azure, M365, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across domains.
• Design integration patterns using Azure services and API Management.
• Define reference architectures and reusable patterns.
• Document architecture standards and roadmaps in EA/APM tools.
• Support architecture governance boards and solution approvals.
• Partner with delivery teams as an architecture advisor.
• Drive continuous improvement toward target-state roadmaps.
• Perform additional duties as required.
