Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team. This role designs and governs the firm’s enterprise application architecture in alignment with a Microsoft-centric, cloud-first IT strategy.

The Senior Enterprise Architect will help define standards, roadmaps, governance models, and reusable patterns that connect business capabilities with scalable, secure technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 6 years of related experience in enterprise or technology architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, app, data, and technology domains.
• Design integration patterns using Azure services (API Management, Logic Apps).
• Define reference architectures and reusable patterns with guardrails for secure, scalable delivery.
• Document architecture standards and roadmaps in ServiceNow EA/APM or similar tools.
• Support architecture governance processes including review boards and solution approvals.
• Partner with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise architecture practices and maturity.
• Perform additional duties as required.
