Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the enterprise application architecture for our corporate technology programs. You will shape standards, roadmaps, and governance while driving scalable, secure cloud-first solutions with a Microsoft-centric approach.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to optimize architecture across Azure, M365, Power Platform, and Copilot, delivering reusable patterns and portfolio rationalization to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in enterprise architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to translate business strategy into architecture roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Design integration patterns across enterprise systems using Microsoft Azure services such as API Management, Logic Apps, and related cloud capabilities.
• Define reference architectures, reusable solution patterns, and architecture guardrails that support secure, scalable, and standardized delivery.
• Document and maintain architecture standards, roadmaps, solution patterns, and related artifacts within ServiceNow EA/APM or similar tools.
• Support architecture governance processes, including architecture review boards, solution approvals, and adherence to enterprise standards.
• Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders as a trusted architecture advisor, helping identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges across platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise architecture practices, maturity, and alignment with target-state roadmaps.
• Perform other duties as required.
