Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team. The role focuses on designing, governing, and improving the firm’s enterprise architecture across Microsoft-centric, cloud-first platforms, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and ServiceNow APM/EA.

The candidate will define standards, roadmaps, and reusable patterns, partner with delivery teams, and help translate business strategy into capability models and practical

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related enterprise architecture experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to translate business strategy into capability models and architecture roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Design integration patterns using Microsoft Azure services and related cloud capabilities.
• Define reference architectures, reusable solution patterns, and guardrails for secure, scalable delivery.
• Document and maintain architecture standards, roadmaps, and patterns in ServiceNow EA/APM or similar tools.
• Support architecture governance including review boards and solution approvals.
• Partner with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture practices and maturity.
• Perform other duties as required.
