Job summary

ICANN seeks an Enterprise Architect to shape and govern the organization's technology landscape, ensuring design, platform selection, and investments align with strategic priorities. You will collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams to ensure coherent, scalable solutions across the enterprise.

You will lead the development of the enterprise architecture framework, govern emerging technologies (AI, automation, advanced analytics), and drive platform integration

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/ArchiMate).
• Understanding AI/ML, intelligent automation, and analytics trends for enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise data architecture principles supporting AI/analytics.
• Experience designing and governing large-scale technology environments (cloud, apps, infra, security).
• Ability to establish governance processes and enterprise architecture frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain ICANN’s enterprise architecture framework and reference models.
• Develop architecture standards across business, data, application and technology domains.
• Lead architecture governance for major initiatives and platform changes.
• Provide oversight for AI-enabled solutions ensuring alignment with security and governance.
• Guide architecture reviews and decisions for technology investments and transformations.
