Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in information technology with leadership in enterprise/solution architecture or technology strategy.
• Strong ability to develop enterprise architecture strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Deep understanding of business, application, data, and technology architecture disciplines.
• Experience guiding large-scale digital modernization and cloud adoption.
• Experience with AI governance, data governance, and compliant architectures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, guiding principles and governance.
• Align capabilities, processes, applications, data and technology with strategic objectives.
• Lead architecture governance processes and review boards to ensure consistency.
• Define patterns for AI-enabled solutions and modern software engineering practices.
