Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Applications Engineer to provide hands-on administration and lifecycle support for critical enterprise applications for a large healthcare client. You will configure, maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, patch, integrate, and monitor applications while resolving complex issues related to integrations, authentication, data, performance, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting and upgrading enterprise applications in complex environments.
• Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365/Windows Server certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification/training.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with PowerShell automation.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, integrations, and scheduled jobs.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical administration and lifecycle support for enterprise applications.

This individual will configure, maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, patch, integrate, and monitor applications while resolving complex issues related to integrations, authentication, data, performance, and availability. The role will also partner closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendors, and business/application owners throughout the full application lifecycle.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience supporting, administering, integrating, and upgrading enterprise applications in complex environments
• Microsoft certification in Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Power Platform, security, or a related discipline
• ITIL Foundation certification/training
• Healthcare experience
• Experience with PowerShell automation/scripting
• Experience with APIs, middleware, integrations, and scheduled jobs
• Experience with source control and CI/CD/deployment pipelines
