• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, IntegrationHub, and core platform suites.
• 3+ years managing direct reports including developers, architects, and QA engineers.
• Experience driving modern engineering practices: source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and developer productivity standards.
• Strong stakeholder management with bias toward action and rapid MVP delivery while managing technical debt.

Responsibilities

• Drive the architecture and engineering excellence for the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Define and execute strategy for adopting AI capabilities (Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents) to automate business processes.
• Lead a high-velocity development model with Agile practices and rapid MVP releases.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of ServiceNow developers, leads, and architects.
• Modernize engineering practices with CI/CD, automated testing, and standardized source control.
