Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 6 years of experience managing technology teams supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience overseeing enterprise applications supporting large-scale, transaction-based or highly regulated business processes (e.g., financial, HR, procurement, billing).

Responsibilities

• Leads Enterprise Application Strategy and Solution Design for organizational processes.
• Manages end-to-end delivery of application enhancements, upgrades, and configurations.
• Oversees production support to maintain system stability and reliability.
• Partners with business leaders to understand priorities and advise on roadmaps and best practices.
• Manages, mentors, and develops enterprise applications staff; assigns and prioritizes work.
